abc8 Casino — A Complete Gaming Guide from Live Dealer to Slots
Live Baccarat, Roulette, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar or slots — this page covers how each game works at abc8 Casino, which one suits your budget and playing style, and what you need to know before you start.
What games are available at abc8 Casino?
abc8 Casino has two main categories — live casino and slots. The live section features real dealer games where a person runs the game via video stream, while slots use a computer algorithm (RNG) to determine results. Both categories offer a wide range of games, but each game has its own mechanics, minimum bet amount, and skill requirements.
Baccarat
The most popular table game in live casino. You pick which of two hands — "Player" or "Banker" — will be closest to 9. The rules are simple and there is little pressure in making decisions.
Live DealerRoulette
You bet on which number a ball will land on as it spins around a wheel. You can bet on a number, a colour, or odd/even — each type of bet carries a different level of risk and a different payout.
Live DealerTeen Patti
The online version of South Asia's favourite card game. You try to build the best hand from three cards. Both bluffing and strategy come into play.
Live / CardAndar Bahar
A traditional card game from the Indian subcontinent. The dealer reveals one card, then you bet on whether the next matching card will fall on the "Andar" (left) or "Bahar" (right) side.
Live / CardSlots
The most varied category — you will find many types of games, from classic five-reel slots to Megaways and Buy Bonus features. RNG ensures that every spin is independent.
RNG GameLive Casino
Live-streamed games from studios including Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. Real tables, real dealers — the casino atmosphere from home.
Streamed StudioChoosing a game based on budget and playing style
Before picking a game, ask yourself two questions — what is your budget for this session, and do you prefer strategic play or random chance?
| Game | Role of strategy | On a low budget |
|---|---|---|
| Baccarat | Limited — mostly statistics | Fine |
| Roulette | Limited — variety of bets available | Fine on outside bets |
| Teen Patti | Moderate — bluffing and reading opponents needed | A mid-range budget works better |
| Andar Bahar | Low — straightforward betting | Good on a small budget |
| Slots | None — RNG controlled | Works on a small budget too |
If you are trying for the first time on a limited budget, starting with Andar Bahar or slots is practical. With a larger bankroll, Teen Patti or Baccarat sessions work better. A detailed slots guide is also available on abc8.
How each game works
Baccarat
The dealer distributes cards to two hands — "Player" and "Banker". Each card has a value from 0 to 9 (10s and face cards = 0). The hand closest to 9 wins. If the total is two digits, only the right digit counts — for example, 15 counts as 5. You must place your bet beforehand on which hand you think will win.
Roulette
A ball is spun on a wheel numbered 0 to 36. You place your bets before the ball stops. Betting directly on a single number gives a higher payout but lower odds, while betting on red/black or odd/even gives roughly 50/50 odds but a lower payout.
Teen Patti
Each player receives three cards. The best hand (Trail, Pure Sequence, Sequence, Colour, Pair, High Card) wins. A player can choose to "see" their cards or play blind — playing blind keeps the bet amount lower.
Andar Bahar
The dealer reveals a "joker card", then draws cards one by one — alternating between the Andar side and the Bahar side. The players who bet on the side where a card matching the joker appears first will win.
Slots
When you press the spin button, the RNG (Random Number Generator) determines the result instantly, and the reels simply display it visually. Winning paylines or ways trigger a prize. Bonus rounds, free spins, and multipliers vary from game to game.
You can choose slots by checking their RTP (Return to Player). For example, PG Soft's Mahjong Ways 2 has a maximum RTP of 96.95%, and Pragmatic Play's Gates of Olympus has a maximum RTP of 96.50%. RTP is a theoretical long-term average — it does not guarantee results in any individual spin.
How live dealer games work
In live dealer games, video is streamed from a professional studio or casino floor. Several well-known providers supply games to abc8 Casino, including Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi.

Useful tips for new players
Set your session budget in advance
Decide before you start how much you are willing to spend in this session at most. Stop when you reach that limit — whether you are winning or losing.
Start with low bets
In a new game, try the smallest available bet to understand the mechanics first. You can increase your bet size once you have got a feel for how the game flows.
RTP is a long-term average
RTP does not guarantee results in any individual session — it is an average across billions of spins. Short-term swings are normal.
Do not play too many games at once
Focusing on one game is easier and gives you a better chance to understand your own patterns. Placing bets across multiple tables at the same time splits your attention.
Set a target after a win
It helps to have a point at which you will stop after a big win — a "keep going while I'm winning" mindset can erase a session's gains.
Read the rules
Read the terms and conditions of abc8 Casino once so that nothing about bonuses or payouts is unclear.
Live games and slots on abc8 are equally accessible from mobile. An app is available for Android and iOS — see the abc8 App page for details.
Besides card games, abc8 Casino also has some table games that are well known among players from the subcontinent. Pool Rummy is one such popular card game with its own strategy and rules — the full details are on that page.
