1 General Provisions

1.1 Basis of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the abc8 platform ("Site" or "Service") and the registered user ("Member"). 3 Account Management

3.3 Closing an Account

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

abc8 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit the bonus is ৳1,200 — total balance ৳2,200 — wagering ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000. The wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

Bonus funds and real funds are accounted for separately. If wagering is not completed within the set time limit after receiving a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled. Any attempt to take advantage of bonuses by using multiple accounts or through any form of strategic betting will result in the forfeiture of the entire bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Changes to Promotional Offers

abc8 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion, bonus offer, or cashback scheme at any time. Members will be notified as early as possible of any changes to the terms of an ongoing bonus.

6 Game and Betting Rules

6.1 Game Results

All games on abc8 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game result is independent and not predetermined. If a software error or technical issue affects a game result, abc8 reserves the right to void the relevant round or bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

6.3 Technical Failures

7 VIP Program

7.1 VIP Tiers

abc8's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A weekly cashback applies at each tier — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, 1.2% at Platinum, and 1.5% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated based on weekly net losses (total losses minus total winnings).

7.2 Tier Changes

Members can gradually move up to higher VIP tiers based on their regular gaming activity and deposit levels. If there is insufficient activity within a set period, a tier downgrade may occur. abc8 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

8 Prohibited Activities

8.1 Fraud and Misconduct

Fraudulent activity against abc8 or other members, software hacking, use of bots, collusion, or any other dishonest methods are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

8.2 Money Laundering

abc8 strictly adheres to anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Any information relating to suspicious transactions will be provided to the relevant authorities. If a Member uses abc8 for the purpose of handling illegal funds, they will bear full legal responsibility.

8.3 Other Prohibited Actions

• Harassing, threatening, or behaving aggressively towards other members

• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass restrictions
• Making deposits or withdrawals in the name of a third party
